**Description**:
About the role

The Brand Manager will drive marketing activities that generate long-term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retailer catergories.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager
- Develop and implement new products
- Support the internal sales team with go to market plans and category strategies
- Monthly analysis and reporting of scan and category sales
- Manage brand media campaigns, planning, creative, reporting and budgets
- Track and monitor monthly brand budgets
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- A passion to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories in market
- Exceptional attention to detail in execution including Packaging and Product design, Media creative, Channel marketing support
- Experience working with FMCG products and/or categories
- 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar with a drive to learn and build your core marketing capability
- Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including in store and above the line media
- Experience reporting on and analysing grocery channel data including, scan sales, promotional and display effectiveness
- General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasting
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and other internal departments
- Experience in preparing for Grocery range reviews ideal
- Marketing or Business related degree is essential
