**Description**:
About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager within the Nelson team.
- Support Brand Manager and Marketing Manager
- Learn in a practical hands-on environment with real ownership of what you do
- Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales (Aztec Reports)
- Forecasting and stock control analysis
- Support sales force with information/requests
- Manage and implement POS strategies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Manage the brands digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Work flow management of design through the internal graphics studio
- Manage external partnerships daily
- Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar
- Experience and understanding of FMCG and OTC products
- Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
- General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
- Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and other internal departments
- Marketing or business related degree is essential
