**Description**:
About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Nature's Way team. The Brand Manager Nature’s Way Kids Smart is responsible overall for creating and implementing a successful strategic direction and developing and launching new products. You will own and drive advertising campaigns, media plans, and activations to drive brand growth. You will liaise closely with sales, supply team, and management internally and manufacturers and media agency externally.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:
Drive the strategic direction of the brand
Marketing and communication campaign management
Manage A&P Spend
Product development and launch
Market and competitor analysis and brand performance monitoring
**Cross functional team leadership**: sales, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory and scientific teams
Ensure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executed
Supplier and partners relations management
Ensure compliance of both all company policies and procedures and brand activities and products

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Minimum 5 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC and Complementary Medicines.
Minimum 1-2 years as a Brand Manager or similar.
Excellent organisation and project management skills, must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid communication and rapport building skills
Must be able to demonstrate strong experience of the NPD process - particularly project management
Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies
A strong understanding of market segments, and market data
A self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow the brand - always looking for and identifying opportunities
Must be passionate about your portfolio
Proved experienced managing advertising campaigns
A ‘can do attitude’ with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ - to differentiate your brand from competitors
