**Description**:
About the role

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and launching new products and creating and implementing a successful strategic direction. You will own and drive media plans and activations with specific focus within the digital space and will liase closely with sales, supply chain and management teams.

**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Drive the strategic direction of the brand including product development priorities
- Manage the team in reaching their goals and responsibilities
- Manage A&P spend and activities including media
- Drive brand direction to major customers with PharmaCare account teams
- Work directly with ingredient and third party manufacturing to support and deliver pipeline
- Out of the box thinking to find new opportunities to grow the brand
- Ensure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executed
- Train/liase with PharmaCare sales team
- Compliance of all company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Degree qualified in a relevant marketing or business related discipline
- Minimum 2 years Marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC and Complementary Medicines
- Minimum 1-2 years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar
- Demonstrated cross functional collaboration experience
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid communication and rapport building skills
- Must be able to demonstrate strong experience of NPD process, particularly project management
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
- Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies and product launches
- Experience and involvement with trade shows and all it entails
- A self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow both portfolios - always looking for and identifying opportunties
- Must be passionate about your portfolio
- A 'can do attitude' with the ability to 'think outside the box' - to differentiate your brand from competitors
