**Description**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage all strategic and operational aspects of the marketing function, including the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Lead & manage projects to increase brand awareness & market share.
- Being accountable for tracking and reporting ROI on all major marketing activities.
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Develop customer loyalty programs.
- Coach, develop and mentor a passionate and high performing team.

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths**:

- Proven leadership skills with the capability of managing teams and implementing key business initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing channels.
- An understanding of full marketing mix, including brand positioning and developing new opportunities through consumer insight.
- Strong results focus, with high energy and creativity but also willing to work through the basics.
- The ability to think strategically when it comes to planning initiatives
- Demonstrated effective stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and at times within very short time frames.
