The Role


The new precinct features Adelaide's first multi-level lobby, new vibrant retail laneways and A grade office tower of 13 levels that is destined to heightened creativity, and foster collaboration with exceptional facilities in a prominent city center location.


The role is develop and deliver a strategic approach to all activities and communications to drive engagement and enhancement of collaboration, within a true mixed use destination.

They are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to take responsibility for all marketing activities & functions.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing the budget, events calendar.
  • Developing and executing the marketing strategy and content.
  • Activations, communications, promotions, events, sponsorship.
- precinct/ tenant communications.

  • Precinct engagement in broader CBD activities and campaigns
  • FOMO Fridays, return to work (CBD) initiatives.
  • Managing the digital channels website, social channels.
  • Building and nurturing strong tenant relations both face to face and also via the tenant portal.
  • Main focus is on the new precinct that is in construction, and exposure to two existing commercial buildings within Adelaide.
  • Opportunity to have exposure in the Melbourne Market, 1015% allocations for two other buildings, managed remotely with quarterly visits.

The Criteria


To be considered for this role, you will need to be a passionate marketer (either already in a marketing manager role, or looking to take a step up), that loves working in a team environment, and is able to operate autonomously.


You will have/ be able to demonstrate:

  • Min 4-5 years Marketing experience in a property environment
  • ideally commercial and retail.
  • Customer service centric attitude, with strong relationship management skills.
  • Experience in planning, creating and executing communication/content programs
  • Ability to set, manage and work to a budget.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Tertiary qualified in PR, Communications, Marketing or businessrelated discipline
