About the Role
The Marketing Manager plays a leading role in executing and measuring strategies to support business growth.

This role will work collaboratively across the organisation to drive customer growth and brand awareness, and grow existing revenue streams through research, analysis, and online/offline marketing campaigns.


As the Marketing Manager you will also lead the organisation's creative service functions (graphic design, video, audio-visual etc) both in-house and out-sourced.


This is an opportunity to lead a small, agile team who work at a fast pace and are making a huge impact.

This senior role reports to the General Manager and will work closely with external stakeholders to deliver work that will increase awareness and elevate the reputation of the brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated and aligned crossorganisation marketing strategies and plans that deliver on growth ambitions of the organisation and meet fundraising, brand, market share and profit objectives
  • Conduct consumer research to identify actionable insights and trends to steer strategic marketing plans
  • Manage external contractor relationships with paid media, creative and digital agencies to meet organisational needs
  • Manage brand guidelines across all brands and channels
  • Liaise with national counterparts on national marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Oversee provision of high quality and timely creative services (including marketing collateral, graphic design and AV production)
  • Leadership of a high performing team and budget management
  • Actively support the organisation's digital transformation and CX strategies

Skills and Attributes

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media or a related field
  • Highly organised, datadriven and detail oriented
  • Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of meeting budget objectives
  • Digitially and commercially savvy leader accustomed to driving results through online and offline channel mix strategies
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage a professional, highperforming team
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change in a collaborative way
  • A passion and interest to work for a NFP
