**The Company**
We provide essential fire safety services at over 8,500 buildings throughout Melbourne, the greater Victoria region as well as in and around Newcastle in NSW. These properties range from commercial units, government properties, schools, large mixed-use facilities and large residential facilities. We employ more than 80 full time team members in a range of departments.
**The Position**
Working with team Leaders you will work with both the sales and service teams to help grow our client base as well as build rapport with our customers to service their ongoing individual needs. You will assist field technicians daily and be solution focused with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating Service Reports, Tasks and Defect Quotations
- Provide Technician & Sub-Contractors Support
**About You**
- Customer Service and Administrative Experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident in all levels of communication, including written and verbal
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Assertive when they need to be
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and be a leader
- Organised and efficient with attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and adaptable to change.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be assertive when required
