**About your new job**

We have a number of positions available throughout Sydney within the subsidiary branches offering great growth and development opportunities
- Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to
- Managing Key Accounts to ensure client accounts and queries are maintained.
- Providing quotes to clients and customers
- Answering direct customer care and support calls while creating a great impression and outcome for all parties
- Working with our customers to find suitable solutions and products
- Building strong customer relationships, retention, and loyalty
- Assisting with over-the-counter sales and providing support to the branch and team

**About you**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service or sales position - ideally in wholesale, electrical or lighting
- Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances
- Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
- Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
- Have drive and determination to deliver the best outcome
