**Your role with us**:
As our Performance Media Specialist, your focus will be purely on banner advertisements on paid social, native, and programmatic display. You will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing medium to large-scale pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will have experience in paid search, Facebook & Instagram ads or within the gaming industry.

To be a success in this role you will need demonstrated experience working in the paid digital media environment with a focus on performance-based marketing and measurement and analytics. You will work closely with Paid Media Manager and Head of Affiliate to oversee multiple partners and agencies to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for our PPC campaigns. You will possess deep and hands-on knowledge of executing digital campaigns, including ad tagging, campaign analysis and measurement, and campaign optimization is also required.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll do**:

- Plan, develop, execute and optimise all PPC performance campaigns, with a focus on media banners, native ads, and
programmatic advertising channels.
- Work closely with affiliate & marketing coordinators to understand campaign objectives and align PPC strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing and engaging banner ads and native ad formats.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring their alignment with campaign goals and performance expectations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics tools.
- Comfortable leveraging first party, third-part data, algorithms and Ai across performance campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimization
recommendations

**What you'll bring**
- 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with highly proficient display ads, paid social, native and programmatic banners. Knowing paid Search or gaming industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of driving exceptional campaign performance and achieving measurable results (e,g CPA, ROAS, ROI).
- Strong understanding of media buying platforms and programmatic ad technologies (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, SSPs).
- Experience in developing and recommending paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, spend allocation between channels and biddable strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Creative flair and eye for good design.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
