An exciting and full-time opportunity has arisen for a Performance Media Manager to join our Bupa Health Insurance team.

This is a hybrid role, and you are welcome to work from home or our Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide CDB office locations.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Media, you will be responsible for the Performance Media activity with a focus on Domestic Health Insurance and you will have joint accountability for meeting our annual Performance Media Sales goals.

**What will your day look like?**
- Support the development of the annual performance marketing strategy and quarterly planning to achieve business objectives and ensure best allocation of media budget.
- Support on media forecasting and work with our Media agency, leading and strategizing with their performance media specialists to ensure that we deliver market leading media campaigns across search, display and comparators.
- Ensuring ‘always-on’ campaigns and ‘in-market’ campaigns run seamlessly and at optimal performance by executing day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and ROI.
- Take on new initiatives/ projects that will help improve digital marketing maturity.
- Recommend budget allocation before and during campaigns based on best performing tactics/ channels.
- Drive conversions through testing ad copy, display ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key words etc. in conjunction with the agency team.
- Empower and upskill other parts of marketing by sharing technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with other paid channels to ensure campaigns are integrated and learnings are shared.

You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

**What do I need?**
- 2-5 years hands-on experience running digital media advertising campaigns across search, programmatic display, social media and or video campaigns. Agency experience preferred.
- Be data driven and insight led. We live and breathe data; it should be used to drive our roadmap and decision making.
- Have experience with media forecasting.
- Be a problem solver: Thinking creatively and out of the box comes naturally to you and you thrive on challenges requiring innovative solutions.
- Have excellent communication skills: You pride yourself in ability to manage expectations and align stakeholders.
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Experience with CDP or other audience management tools preferred (but not required)
- Experience with Google Marketing Cloud suite (SA360, DV360) preferred (but not required)
