We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail Join our team and closely support our social media teams

**Who You Are**:

- Passionate about social media or Gaming.
- Understanding how social media works within Spawnpoint Media
- Organised, professional, and a friendly person.
- Understands Gen Z
- Run errands for the CEO.
- Ensure production runs smoothly.
- Help create documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and responses.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Understanding Gen Z
- Arrange the schedule for meetings, interviews, HR events and ensure agendas are properly maintained and run correctly.
- Assist HR team with queries and requests.
- Conduct In-depth KPIs, performance management reviews and assist with documentation/reviews.
- Arrange meetings and other events related to HR.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Take part in orientations and update records of new starters.
- Prepare employment contracts/nda’s for new hires.
- Create and maintain employee records.
- Participating in the recruitment process.
- Create reports on HR activity.
- Handle employee enquiries and escalate where needed.
- Ensured accurate data entry into & ATS systems.
- Negotiating salaries
- Deal with conflicts between staff
- Handling Payroll using Xero)
- Knows how to captivate and inspire the employees

**Requirements**:

- Understanding Gen Z
- Knowledge/experience in Social Media/Gaming/Minecraft Industry
- Knowledgeable in technology, productivity tools, and social media platforms.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in HR
- 2+ years of previous experience in an HR role.
- Experience using ATS and HRM systems.
- Has a good understanding of Employment Law as well as employment regulations and rules.
- Understanding Employment Laws around the world for international employees.
- Demonstrates effective administration abilities.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people effectively.
- Has a good understanding of payroll practices. We use Xero.
- Has excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and efficiently meet tight deadlines.
- Has excellent computer skills with the ability to use All Google Platforms, Xero, Team Tailor (ATS) & Discord.
- Demonstrates effective time management and work prioritisation abilities.
- Has demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Possesses good attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Minecraft, camera/lighting/sound gear, and editing software.
- Organised, able to communicate effectively, creative problem-solver.
- Timely, detail-oriented, and adaptable to unexpected issues.
