Our client is a second-tier accounting practice located in the CBD. The practice, comprising 6 accounting partners and a financial planning partner and with over 50 staff.

They now have an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Client Services Coordinator to join their supportive and friendly team. The role offers lots of diversity using new technology.

**Your role will include**:

- Assist with administration duties
- Assistance with projects
- Liasing with ASIC and the ATO
- Assist with rollovers for SMSF's
- Review and implement investment options
- Supporting Accountants and Advisors where required
- File management
- Prepare invoices
- Client correspondence and general queries
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings
- Other ad-hoc administration duties

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Experience in using MYOB and Handisoft is highly regarded, but not essential
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working across concurrent assignments
