**About the company
One of Melbourne's most iconic property developers are looking for a stand-out Client Services Coordinator. This a dynamic company that fosters growth, and rewards loyalty and hard work.
**About the role
Your primary purpose will be to coordinate customer engagement and the post-sales settlement program from post-contract of sale through to settlement across projects. You will play a key part in assisting the Client Services and Development Management team when required.
We are seeking someone highly driven with the ability to provide outstanding customer service and a high level of professionalism. Step into a role with long-term job security and a place to call home
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Direct contact with clients and buyer engagement
- Coordinating settlements
- Project concierge management during the inspection stage
- Coordinate with construction on defect management across multiple work sites
- Coordination of settlement meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist Settlement manager with auditing requirements
- Assist with coordinating project leasing campaigns
- Adhoc administration duties
**Requirements**:
- Two years working within the property sector
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
