Our client is a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive excellent customer service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate services for clients with internal teams, including accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes.
- Assist with client on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero or MYOB is desirable but not essential.
- ASIC experience is highly regarded.
