Here at Justice Health NSW, the Data and Administration Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of process development, data collection provision of high quality, accurate and reliable reports. This role is responsible for providing data to the Operations Manager, Clinical Director, Corporate Governance, Performance and Strategy team and the Ministry of Health in relation to Statewide Community & Court Liaison Service (SCCLS) data statistics on patient diversion. The Data and Administration Coordinator will also compile SCCLS Clinical Audit Quality and improvement and Clinical Risk Reports, program planning and reporting on service improvement activities. This role will also provide advanced clerical and administrative services to the SCCLS Clinical Director and SCCLS Operations Manager. The Data and Administration Coordinator will also be responsible for the supervision of the SCCLS Administration Officer (Level 3). The Data and Administration Coordinator will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW or Juvenile Justice NSW rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation.

- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field or equivalent current working experience.
- Understanding of health service performance governance and reporting systems including performance indicators and clinical audit processes.
- High level organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple tasks and balance workload priorities.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to draft high quality correspondence such as briefings, reports, minutes, agendas and presentations with attention to detail and to a professional standard.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint or similar.
- An aptitude for acquiring new skills in customized software (e.g. HPRM desktop, iProcurement, PAS, Chime, JHeHS, Recruitment and Onboarding (ROB), StaffLink and Health Roster.
- Demonstrated a customer-service approach to communicate with stakeholders, managing conflict professionally and with a solution-focused approach to issues.
