**About the role**:
We are looking for a bid specialist to support and coordinate customer proposals, public sector tenders. The incumbent will contribute to the success of repeatable and scalable customer facing content and will help drive efficiency and success in our sales operations division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and contributing to Deal Review processes and procedures.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by supporting continual process improvement.
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
- Overseeing all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality and on brand submissions.
- Support tender responses through documentation control, reviews and coordination.
- Build and maintain bid library for effective and efficient submissions.
- Understand and connect technical experts to assist the resolution of response issues.
- Track risks and communicate their impact throughout the bid process.
- Contribute to bid proposal, both in repeatable content and presentation skills.
- Ensure on-time submission.
- Provide insight and input into Win/Loss reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Embrace and model CDC’s DNA and Leadership Fundamentals.
- Other duties as direction from time to time.
**About you**:
- 1-2 Years experience in Sales Operations, Customer Excellence or similar coordination roles
- Proven track record in creating reports, managing dashboards and optimising administrative processes.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross functionally across multiple business functions within CDC.
**Essential**:
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Negative Vetting 1 level.
