**Administration Officer**

Our client in Newcastle (Wallsend) is looking for administrators to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Provide administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, customer enquiries and bookings.
- Prepare and organise documents including minutes, reports and correspondence.
- Responds to internal and external enquires.
- Assists with audits, investigations and inspections.
- Support a range of administration activities from a variety of stakeholders.
- Organise and records tools, equipment and materials.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and payments.
- Processe and maintains data entry and record management for a range of purposes including project
facilitation, training, authorisations, time entry and roster support as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by your Manager, in line with the Work Level Standards for this role.

**Selection criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Recognised analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with a customer focus for service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- High level of attention to detail, personals initiative and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal matters.
