The college was initially established in 1998 and we have been delivering exceptional vocational training across Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and Australia. We are a growing International College teaching both English and Business related courses to International Students out of our two International College's in Brisbane and Sydney. We are a quality and student-focused college that has had continued steady growth over the years.
We are currently looking for two bright, cheerful and enthusiastic Student Support officers to join our team in our Sydney campus. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of something new and exciting and to lay the foundations for the continued success and growth of the college. This position will suit an individual who is experienced in customer-service in the International Student education industry and is inviting and friendly. We are looking for two part-time or full-time individuals, one for our Morning-Afternoon and one for our Afternoon-Evening shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support services to students including providing local and travel information and general support to the students;
- Assist with the weekly orientation of new students, student reports and certificates including preparing welcome packs and coordinating student arrivals;
- Provide information in response to enquiries about current visa conditions and Department of Home Affairs regulations;
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team to follow-up enquiries and provide administration support;
- Provide administration support to the CEO/PEO and Academic Managers in an accurate and timely manner;
- Update our Student Database Management and Client Relationship Management systems including uploading scanned data and documents;
- Upload and report student data through PRISMS;
- Coordinate Student activities and events;
- Assist Management with other duties as required; and
- Uphold the Mission & Objectives of NCVE through your daily actions attributes and behaviours.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal);
- Aptitude at establishing strong rapport with people from all cultures and demonstrated experience in customer service;
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of the International Education industry;
- An ability to work as part of a dynamic and driven team;
- Strong Computer Skills including demonstrated experience with database entry and reporting (previous experience with PRISMS and RTO Manager is desirable);
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in other languages is desirable.
