THE ROLE

We have two newly created Student Recruitment Sales Support Officer positions to coordinate and support the delivery of tactical sales collateral and resources across multiple channels (including print, web, digital and multimedia) for Global and Domestic Student Recruitment.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Recruitment Sales Support, you will:

- Coordinate and undertake activities for the delivery of sales support projects and production of tactical sales collateral and resources, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders and providers/supplier, and ensuring adherence to quality, timeline and budget.
- Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive library of sales support resources, including undertaking ongoing review to ensure resources are up-to-date and relevant for the target audience.
- Collate and analyse data, and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations, to deliver insights into the prospective student journey to inform future recruitment and engagement resources.
- Contribute to the development, design, measurement and maintenance of the University’s prospective student web assets and Coursefinder.
- Provide support to the Manager to scope, monitor, evaluate and report on achievement against project objectives.

Leveraging your experience in developing and coordinating content digital resources, you will design sales support materials that drive impact, and support the decision-making needs of prospective students.

Your understanding of the higher education landscape will give you a unique advantage in identifying target demographics and tailoring collateral to effectively engage prospective students.

Working on multiple projects simultaneously is second nature to you. You can effortlessly coordinate resources and timelines to ensure seamless delivery and your keen attention to detail guarantees that nothing falls through the cracks.

With your strong communication skills, you will deliver clear content and messages for our audiences. Your ability to analyse data will support continuous improvements and inform the return on investment from our recruitment initiatives.

To Apply- Degree in business, sales/marketing, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in sales support, design, or related function (using Adobe Creative Suite), and producing high quality tactical sales collateral and resources to timeline and budget.
- Experience in providing project coordination support and with the end-to-end print production process.
- Collating and analysing information from multiple sources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) including demonstrated effective cross-cultural communication and ability to building and maintain collaborative relationships.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of the Australian and global higher education sector, preferable with experience in student recruitment.
