The Talent & Capability department is responsible for AustralianSuper’s global learning; leadership development; talent identification, management and mobility; recruitment; and employer brand. It is a key enabler of the Fund’s 2030 strategic objective of delivering a high performing global workforce.

**Your new role**

The Learning & Development Consultant is responsible for the development and execution of learning and development initiatives that support an uplift in the capability of colleagues at the Fund. This role will scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions to meet business objectives and align with key priorities.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist the Learning Design & Delivery Manager to implement development initiatives across the Fund.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops for colleagues.
- Design and develop materials to support the learning process such as videos, online modules, and learning documentation.
- Support the effective and efficient management of learning delivery, this role will also manage colleague enrolments and training records within the Learning Management System (Oracle). Managing external training partner relationships. This is to ensure all learning is managed to the same high standard applied to internally delivered programs.

**What you’ll need
- Commitment to AustralianSuper’s purpose and values is essential in order to be successful in this role.
- Understanding how to create learning programs from analysis to evaluation.
- Strong organisation, time management and planning skills.
- Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management.
- Experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes. Experience in the development of online learning content.
