We are on a mission to promote and enhance the quality of life for their clients. Currently undergoing a journey of significant growth, we are scaling up our capabilities and as such are looking for an outstanding General Manager - Service Delivery

You will have a heart for purpose led business and have a deep sense of alignment to a healthcare provider that use clinically led and focused on patient-first outcomes.

As the General Manager - Service Delivery, you will report to our CEO / Founder of our high-growth business. This role is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team(ELT), and alongside the General Manager Service Support, is accountable for the safe and high-quality delivery of supported independent living (SIL) services across Maxlife Cares 40+ complex care clients.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead a team of frontline Area Managers and Supervisors to deliver efficient high quality independent living support to clients living with a disability in the home and community.
- Mentor and develop leadership capabilities and broader stakeholder management skills in frontline leaders.
- Design and develop service delivery improvements in model of supports, model of clinical care and engaging with provider networks.
- Responsible for roster of care performance across the SIL portfolio via centralised rostering team
- Responsible for high quality care and supports across all SIL homes including clinically and behaviourally complex high intensity clients.
- Responsible for safe and successful client transitions into Maxlife care.
- Contribute to and report on enterprise quality improvement plan(QIP)

**About you**
We are looking for a passionate leader with high integrity who is motivated by developing and building capability in their team to deliver high quality and safe operations across the SIL services. The GM Service delivery will lead a range of functional heads, including clinical services, central rostering as well as Regional and Area Supervisors.

With the backing of your CEO and Executive team, you will be empowered to develop an operational plan that is focused on long term, sustainable care of our clients and employees.

You will be someone that rolls their sleeves up and is involved in all areas of achieving right through to being comfortable presenting to external stakeholders, participants and clients, senior leaders and the Board.

**Your attributes**:

- Proven successful experience in leading and developing a multifunctional team.
- Experience in the delivery of services within the disability and or aged care, home care sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Strong understanding of NDIS safeguarding commissions quality and safety standards, commercial operations, rosters of care, and client journey management.
- A data led decision maker who collaborates with business partners to produce meaningful and insightful reports
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial management and P&L analysis.
- Experience in setting and achieving revenue targets through a diverse range of services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
