We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to oversee a portfolio of A-Grade asset/s in Sydney's CBD. As our General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic team, fostering transparent communication, and providing guidance on property/facilities management to ensure a positive impact and meet the market's highest operational standards. Your focus will be on consistently delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening tenant relationships. This role will also focus on leasing, where you will be involved in major leasing campaigns with other departments to provide a desirable outcome. Leading a small team you will mentor, encourage, and foster a positive working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop the team
- Report on all financials and meet the financial targets and KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage risk and compliance effectively
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Drive leasing and tenant retention strategies aligned with the SAP
- Ensure team compliance with reporting obligations and promote a customer-centric culture.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree in Property or related discipline.
- 7-10 years’ experience in the property industry
- At least 3-years’ experience as a General Manager
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong influencing capability
- Demonstrated Leadership/management capability
- Learning agility
- Strong planning/organisation skills.
