Working within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), this role offers you the opportunity to provide governance and project management assurance across the organisation’s project portfolio. This includes supporting Construction, Digital, Strategic and Operating projects, within a portfolio of over 200 projects delivered by over 60 project managers.

**Duties**:

- Undertake quality assurance on project documentation and ensure approvals are progressed to the appropriate governance group
- Provide governance support and advice to Project Sponsors and members of Project Control Groups
- Support the Executive Governance Group by managing the process for escalation of project changes, risks, and issues.
- Ensure the Project Management Framework and other EPMO standards and processes are effectively applied to all projects.
- Work with the EPMO team to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives related to project governance, assurance, and reporting.

**Skills and Experience**
- Formal qualification in Project Management or related field and several years of subsequent experience
- Experience completing quality assurance activities, such as reviews of project stage gate and change documents and project health checks
- Experience in providing coaching and advice to others including ‘managing up’
- Experience in coordinating papers and providing secretariat support for executive governance forums
- Sound understanding of the Enterprise Portfolio approach to project, program, and portfolio management
