The Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) is committed to providing leadership in safety and quality to improve health care for patients in NSW. **Employment Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Remuneration**: $119,348.00 - $136,057.00 per annum, plus superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38hrs standard + 2hr toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, digital media, marketing journalism or similar/related field, or equivalent significant experience in a closely related discipline, preferably in a government environment.
- Demonstrate strong experience and skills in a variety of communication disciplines, with experience in developing effective communications strategies preferably within a multi-disciplinary professional services organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships to understand the needs and perspectives of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to understand complex projects and distil information quickly, with demonstrated expertise in developing engaging content, including excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor communications to different audiences and channels.
- Proven ability to initiate corporate communication activities to build awareness among staff and internal clients within the NSW Health system, improve brand recognition and promote organisational goals, values and objectives.
- Outstanding project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a complex, fastmoving environment with mínimal supervision and within set timeframes.
- Comfortable briefing senior executives and leaders on complex issues.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
