In the last 12 months we've established ourselves as the 3rd largest installer of solar and battery systems in Victoria, and the 2nd largest installer of heat pump hot water systems and this is only the beginning of where we plan to go

To help us on this journey, we're looking for experienced sales agents / BDM's to join our team of 12 in home specialists, and catapult us to number one

We need an individual with a big picture mindset, someone who will drive the brand, going the extra mile to tailor the right solution for their customer. An individual who wants progression and growth, grasping opportunity with open arms.

High performance culture is imperative throughout our sales team, pushing each other to be better than yesterday, on and off the field. Somebody who will celebrate the wins and pick up the losses. There are in fact no individuals but ‘one' team.

- 3+ years previous experience in F2F sales
- To build strong relationships with customers, managing and maintaining a large active pipeline of deals
- Open to a fun and exciting working environment - get to know your teammates - our people are the core of our business
- Flexibility -adapting to different sales environments and locations across VIC
- The ability to work well towards KPIs and thrive under pressure
- To be confident in operating off a CRM
- A full, current drivers license to attend meetings across Victoria
- Have passion for our products, helping customers and being part of our vibrant team
