**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight and synchronization of capital works project renewals and maintenance work packages;

  • Identification of potential hazardous site activities and implementation of suitable procedures and controls;
  • Coaching of project engineers in effective project management, subcontractor management, estimating processes, and related areas.

**Requirements:**

  • Cert IV or higher in Project Management;
  • Leadership Qualifications (highly regarded);
  • Experience in managing capital works projects within a multi-disciplinary environment;
  • Proficiency in project estimating, including familiarity with associated processes and necessary inputs for accurate estimation;
  • Managing HR and IR issues, subcontractors, finance, including budgeting and reporting, and previous team management and leadership.
