Your new company is well-established niche Australian consultancy, within the environmental space. This is a newly created role due to growth within the organisation. This is a permanent position on a part-time basis, working approx 22.5 hours per week. The company is located in Pyrmont and supports national offices in Australia.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for providing support to business directors in the following areas:
- Acting as a first poc for employees
- Drafting of employment documentation
- Onboarding and Offboarding activities
- Training and Learning and Development
- Drafting and sending out employee communications
- Maintaining employee files
- Managing their HRIS System - ELMO
- Taking part in recruitment projects as required
- Other support with adhok projects and social events
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Have demonstrable experience within an HR Administration role (2 years) or strong transferable skills
