The opportunity is here now for a **P&C Coordinator **to join our team, you will be the heartbeat of our People function, supporting the People & Culture team to deliver exceptional support and coordination of HR and Talent Acquisition activities.

You’ll have access to the M&C Saatchi Group, working across multiple areas of HR including remuneration, recruitment and onboarding, performance management and learning, ensuring all coordination responsibilities are completed with **strong attention to detail.**

You will also have the opportunity to support on key People projects, as identified by your manager

**A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Support the P&C team with the end to end management of the onboarding process across the M&C Saatchi Group;
- Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition specialist to develop and nurture defined talent pools to increase the direct sourcing capability of the function
- Manage the Labour Market Testing job postings through jobactive + Livehire
- End to end management of any entry level roles assigned by Talent Lead
- Responsible for managing all tracking and reporting of employee movements
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for all People & Culture people related events including inductions and training sessions
- Produce ad-hoc HR + Talent reports as and when required
- Produce employment verifications
- Support with ad hoc P&C projects when required
- Coordinate the annual M&C Saatchi Value Awards
- Assist the HR team in the execution and delivery of Wellness and diversity initiatives
- Actively manage the administration of Chris21 and/or HRIS as and when required
