We have an opportunity for a Customer Service/Contracts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for proactively supporting the sales activities of the business, with the main focus being to work with the Customer Fulfillment Team to ensure all deadlines are met. Key responsibilities will include:
- Check sales agreements
- Liaise with funder regarding finance approval and settlement
- Confirm with customers regarding details of agreements
- Communicate with Sales Administration team regarding delivery of equipment
- Communicate with Billings team regarding monthly meter read billing
- Ensure contracts are entered into the system correctly
- Swiftly prepare contract variations when requested
- Ensure customer queries regarding invoicing and monthly billing are attended to and resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with Sales Administration team, Billing Team and Accounts Receivable in resolving any customer disputes
- Provide reconciliation and process credit notes where required
This is a business-critical role with a high level of responsibility, suiting a motivated and trustworthy individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Prior experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential. To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods, plus display strong organisational and time management skills.
