**About the Job**:
We are a growing company with a strong focus on innovation and development. As we continue to expand, we seek a dedicated Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team and support our daily operations.

This is a front-facing role that liaises with all company departments and external visitors including truck drivers, and offers variety and exposure to possible career opportunities within the business.

**What you'll do?**
- Reception/front desk duties including greeting customers and answering the phone, Maintaining visitor logbook.
- General office and administrative support
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the office environment, office supplies, and office equipment.
- Procurement of office and kitchen supplies, equipment, and industry-specific PPE/uniform management.
- Organize and maintain the office environment
- Assist with international travel bookings and logistics.
- Manage company vehicles, fuel cards, phone plans, E-toll accounts, waste management, and employee accommodations.
- Oversee fixed asset registration, numbering, and annual audits.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 3 years experience working in a similar role
- A willingness to be a part of the small Head Office team with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and commitment to ‘getting the job done.’
- Experience in general office administration.
- A minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, document control process, data management systems (e.g. SAP, CRM, and similar), correspondence and communications systems and tools, and office administration
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
