**Job Description**:
Join TAL as a National Facilities Administrator where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Workplace Operation and Facilities Management team across all TAL offices. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, Property and Premises, you will be part of our broader finance team.

This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney office.

In this role you will:

- Process invoices for payment
- Assist with resolving disputes with clients regarding outstanding invoices, payments, and adjustments
- Security access card allocation, programming, audits, and distribution
- Onboarding and offboarding staff
- Locker allocation and quarterly locker audits
- Order office supplies
- Lost property management
- Car parking administration
- Review and draft policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage the facilities portal on the internal intranet
- Identify any Work Health and Safety issues and escalate for resolution
- Manage Facilities Management help desk via ServiceNow
- Monitor daily occupancy stats via the Desk Reservation System (DRS)
- Act as a secondary point of contact for sites under management (emergency response, fire warden training, first aiders etc)

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Facilities/Project Administration
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience with safety and risk management
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team as well as confidently on own
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in accounting/accounts payable, desired
