A fantastic not-for-profit organization based in the Inner West is looking for a Facilities and Services Administrator for a 6-month contract starting in February. You will be working in a fun and collaborative team, with the potential of hybrid working 2 days a week. This would suit someone who is looking for a purpose-driven role that is community focused.

Main duties will include:

- Escalating all repair requests and liaising with clients, trades people and services to efficiently action any issues.
- Administration duties such as processing invoices, drafting letters to clients and designing posters related to any repair issues.
- Ensuring quality and compliance through the accurate recording of all data in the relevant IT systems.

Essential criteria:

- Excellent customer service and administration skills, ideally with experience organizing repairs and dealing with tradespeople.
- Emotional maturity and being able to handle sometimes challenging or sensitive conversations.
- Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and top-level verbal and written communication.
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Impeccable telephone manner.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill.
