Suncorp Group are looking for a Claims Support Officer to join their Claims Operations team to provide support to the Personal Injury Claims team through the execution of business support and customer service functions.

**This role is a 6-month contract role based in Brisbane.**

**What you’ll do**
- Investigate, gather and follow-up additional information to complete the lodgement for Claims
- Validate claim details for lodgement, and refer to business partners
- Undertake review and audit tasks as directed
- Manage complex escalations from business partners
- Prepare, proof and despatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and management
- Manage the request, receipt and dispatch of claim information
- Schedule independent medical examination and other medical appointments and prepare and dispatch required documentation
- Outbound phone calls to internal and external stakeholders

**What you’ll bring**
- Certificate or qualification in Administration, Business, Accounting or Finance would be well regarded
- Attention to detail - accurately checking and processing tasks and showing concern for all aspects of the role
- Communication skills - ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written
- Customer Service - committed to increasing customer experience and delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes
- Ability to provide client support and service to resolve issues via phone calls
- Problem solving skills
