A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Motor Claims team as a Claims Support Officer.

 

In this varied role, you will support the Claims team to deliver a high level of service to our customers through the claims assessing process.  Your responsibilities will include liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders, booking/allocating assessments, managing assessor work volumes, arranging quotes for repairers, and responding to enquiries.

 

You will be joining an experienced team and helping our customers navigate the repair management process.
