**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Drive Net Revenue Management for across some of Bayer biggest CH brands across ANZ. Be responsible for implementing and embedding global pricing principles tailored to local market to drive category growth and profitability.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:
Embed and execute NRM levers in line with short
- and long-term growth objectives. Including; Strategic pricing, pack price architecture management, mix management, promotion and trade spend optimization and trading terms management;
- Support decision-making by identifying and evaluating opportunities, by providing analysis, insights and ascertaining profitability impacts
- Conduct periodic reviews of go-to-market plans, tracking adherence to pricing strategy alongside providing insights on variance drivers
- Lead and develop cross-functional NRM capabilities and knowledge through clear process, intuitive business reporting and self-serve tools to foster a “ROI” culture
- Develop and drive data enhanced NRM tools to allow for more dynamic and fact-based decision making
- Be a role model of LIFE values and drive collaboration, innovation and a high-performance culture

**_ Does this sound like you?_**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or other related business field
- Direct experience in a commercial business analyst role, including pricing, sales or business development
- Experience in pricing or promotion strategy
- Able to manage stakeholder relationships and collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with initiative and an eagerness to learn
- Strong financial modelling technical skills
- Financial acumen and business reporting
- High attention to detail, rigor and process, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management, to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to quickly build strong internal & external networks
