We are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Systems Technical Consultant in our Sydney office who’s passionate about delivering world class solutions to address our customers warehousing challenges. This role will report into the Technical Implementation Lead and will work closely with our project managers, developers and service desk team members, require you to be working from customer sites in warehouses at times.

**Product Expertise**:
- Willingness to learn and over a period of time become an expert of our.wms suite of products and solutions.
- Experience in setting up, configuration, testing and deployment of WMS, ERP, CRM, FMS or similar enterprise systems in-line with customer requirements.
- Previous experience in leading customer discovery workshops as a BA, functional or technical consultant.
- Be a vital contributor to project documentation such as Solutions Design, Standard Operating Procedures, test cases.
- Ability to carryout customer product training during an implementation.
- Ability to carry out an onsite facilities analysis / site readiness audit at the start of new rollouts.
- Excellent Understanding of JSON, XML, HTML & SQL (ZPL would be a bonus).
- Proficient in MS Excel, (VBA would be a bonus).
- Experience working with handheld RF scanners (WinCE, Android, IOS) and Barcode Scanners.
- Good understanding of networks and networking with MS and Linux server knowledge.
- Experience working with Receipt Printers, A4 Laser, Belt Printers, and other print technologies.
**Business Analysis**:
- Analyse and understand customer needs, formulate solutions, and document them as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for the delivery team.
- Lead discovery workshops during new rollouts and customer engagements, demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills.
- Take a leadership role in designing and constructing business solutions, collaborating closely with the Technical Implementations Lead and other Solutions Architects.
- Perform scope verification and Internal Acceptance Testing before involving the customer in the testing process.
- Utilize solutions modelling using UML and a variety of analysis methods to express requirements effectively based on the audience.
- Coordinate with customer testing teams to ensure the successful delivery of scoped projects and validate and approve internal test cases.
- Manage scope changes by engaging with internal and customer stakeholders before incorporating them into the original scope.
- Define customer acceptance criteria for projects and work-streams.
- Prepare detailed Requirement Specification documentation, including user stories, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials, for both internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
- Previous experience within the Warehousing, distribution and logistics domain is a definite plus.
- Experience with various delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Consultant in a SaaS WMS, CRM, POS, or ERP product vendor or consultancy environment.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst would be advantages.
- Good understanding of industry best practices and experience on SDLC, software design patterns, and following Data Flows and Structures.
- Industry-recognised qualification such as IIBA-CCBA or CBAP or other equivalent to showcase the professional ability would be a plus.
- Good command of MS office and Visio or similar diagramming tools.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Whilst the usual work time is during normal business hours Monday through Friday, responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends to meet timelines agreed with the customers at times with little or no advance notice.
- Occasional Interstate and international travel might be required on a short notice.
