**About Our Client**:
Our Client is an independent, Not For Profit Organisation.
- Calendar management and travel booking/coordination for the GCEO
- Organize and facilitate important meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items for the senior management team
- Process invoices, credit card expenses, and manage expense claims and reconciliations for the GCEO
- Draft and manage important correspondence on behalf of the GCEO, including letters, briefs, and messages to stakeholders, facilitating the CEO's leadership role
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain a stakeholder database to support the GCEO's communication and engagement strategy
- Manage Board communications and paperwork, ensuring a seamless experience for Board Members, and assist with governance policy development
- Support the GCEO in implementing Board resolutions and action items, as well as preparing for and organizing Board meetings and travel arrangements for the Board
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a CEO
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong decision-making skills
- Adaptable, responsive, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team
**Desirable**:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
