An excellent opportunity has become available for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and the broader leadership team, having responsibility for providing secretarial and administrative support as well as maintaining the day to day running of the Executive Office.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Maintain and promote the vision and values of the Tradies Group.
- Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and several general managers, including executive office diary management, arranging and coordinating meetings and travel; preparation of reports and papers; managing correspondence registers and electronic and physical office filing systems.
- Preparation of high-level presentations through mediums such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Monitor and maintain compliance and license registers.
- Undertake special projects in consultation with executive management.
- Coordinate the CTUC Community Donations Program through ongoing communication with applicants and recipients.
- Ensure the Executive Office runs smoothly and efficiently and is presented professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality and security of conversations, documentation and files at all times.

**Key Skills and Personal Requirements**:

- Excellent personal presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Well development interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High level computer skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher).
- The ability to compile professional presentations and meeting papers.
- Experience working with boardroom videoconferencing and office IT systems including set up, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Qualifications or certification in business would be highly regarded.
