Insurance buying trends around products and services within small commercial will continue to accelerate toward digital platforms. Brokers and consumers will demand more self-servicing capabilities and an ability to transact digitally. Chubb's aim is to leverage digital channels to simplify and personalise the experience along the consumer’s journey.

As Head of Digital Product, you will inspire your domain leaders and those within their teams to deliver Chubb’s product and coverage solutions digitally through an ideal customer journey. You will spend time “on the floor” to ensure the business is running in a new agile way of working, be responsible for the P&L of the assigned domains, as well as develop and execute digital business strategies while the traditional business is working. You will lead the coordination of executives to develop the execution roadmap and provide ongoing orchestration of Chubb Australia's commercial digital business transformation.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Own the entire Digital experience for all clients/agents in the commercial space that transact digitally.
Make Chubb commercial products 1) API enabled 2) offered direct and 3) capable of being delivered in a STP format from submission to underwriting to claims. The product set will need to expand along with industry appetite for these types of products.
Produce new commercial product lines to ensure they are delivering on the needs of the evolving demand. Product teams will need to have a balance mindset of traditional and new products that can be created using alternative developing tools, data and analytics.
Set P&L strategies for digital business through collaboration with Domain Leaders and business stakeholders.
Review the KPIs that tie back to objectives and key results (OKRs) to understand the processes, product progress, and outcomes of the various domains.
Facilitate business-wide quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for integrated planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and to shape the priorities of the domains at a high level.
Build an Agile culture via role modelling, servant leadership, and effective people management.
Manage budget and guide the overall direction of the domains including all strategic decision-making.
Act as a liaison with the rest of the organization, managing expectations with all stakeholders.
Manage dependencies and remove any business blocks across domains and the rest of the organization.

**Qualifications**:
Experience and Capabilities

Ten years leadership experience in an innovative digital organization - at the senior or divisional level with B2B and B2C experience with a strong understanding of technology.
Five years leadership experience delivering digital solutions to Small/Medium Businesses - at the divisional level with a full understanding of their unique needs.
Experience delivering digital Products and Services end to end - ideally from the insurance industry but other industries that are service-oriented (banks, retail, hospitality, travel), or pure digital will be considered.

MS/BS degree product management, IT, finance, business transformation or business

Technical competencies

Experience with digital business with a focus on customer experience, digital solutions, and data-enabled decision making.
Readiness to take on full accountability with track record of leading teams to deliver against broad business goals, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities outside of immediate sphere of influence (e,g., stakeholder management across levels and functions).

Able to combine deep business and leadership with high influencing skills to persuade stakeholders and domains towards a vision
Able to focus on outcomes, tracking metrics, and commitment to continuous improvement with a ‘can do’ attitude
