**How will you make an Impact?**

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our Domestic Health Insurance (HI) Digital Merchandising and Experimentation strategy, driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement across all portfolios. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that uplift sales volume, enhance digital experiences, and optimize consumer flows. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our digital presence and delivering measurable impact.

This role reports into our General Manager of Digital, Health Insurance. It is a permanent full-time position, based in our Melbourne or Sydney office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home).

**You will add Value by**:

- ** Performance Management**: Oversee merchandising and experimentation performance across Domestic Retail, Corporate, International Visitors, Students, and Partnerships, collaborating with finance and stakeholders to meet yearly targets.
- ** Sales Conversion**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales conversion, focusing on top-of-funnel initiatives such as retailing techniques, personalization, compelling content, and SEO.
- ** Experimentation Excellence**: Lead end-to-end experimentation practices to improve digital experiences and Net Promoter Score (NPS), boosting conversion rates and engagement.
- ** Partnership & Compliance**: Collaborate with the Heads of Partnerships and Loyalty, Customer Engagement, Personalisation and Go-to-Market team, to deliver growth-driven campaigns, and ensure digital content compliance in partnership with the HI Product team and Bupa SMEs.
- ** Quality & Metrics**: Implement and refine quality metrics and measurements in collaboration with Digital Insights and Analytics to enhance digital growth and optimize touchpoint interactions.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Relevant Experience: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience with a proven track record in formulating and executing customer-focused digital strategies.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of performance and adaptability in a matrix organization.
- Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to drive results through strategic planning and situational adaptability, aligning with shifting demands and organizational goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital merchandising tools, SEO, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Collaboration Skills: Effective at working with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, content experience, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities.
- Innovative Approach: Strong capability to introduce new methodologies and practices that drive digital capability and growth.
