About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide a range of executive and secretarial support along with confidential administrative services to support the activities of the Executive Principal.These responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Maintain effective time management practices for the Executive Principal including coordinating diary appointments, prioritising correspondence, preventing unnecessary interruptions and other calendar events.
- Greet and assist Executive Principal's visitors.
- Monitor and screen incoming telephone calls and correspondence to the office and where necessary direct these to the appropriate areas.
- Coordinate the provision of administrative and executive support to conferences and meetings, including organising room bookings, travel, accommodation and registrations.
- Coordinate Right to Information (RTI) and Legal Search requests.
- Arrange catering for Executive Principal's meetings, where required.
- Arrange student meetings with the Executive Principal.
- Process, distribute and file incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents for School Council meetings and attend to take minutes. Take minutes at meetings where required.
- Reconcile Executive Principal's corporate credit card.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.

**Suitability Assessment Criteria**: The required skillset of the successful applicant is as follows:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive.
- Demonstrated experience in managing dairies and calendars.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of proficiency and demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Suite products including mail merge processes and Excel.
- Ability to think logically and solve problems.
- Strong attention to detail, including a high level of accuracy and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality.
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in an office environment.
- Experience in similar position within a school is highly desirable.
