**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Engage in proactive outreach to real estate agents and utilize online platforms to identify available properties across multiple states.
- Conduct thorough due diligence reports, analysing market trends, property valuations, and investment viability.
- Occasionally visit sites to evaluate properties first hand, ensuring they meet our high standards and investment criteria.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including regulations, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and refine acquisition strategies, contributing to the company's growth and success.

**Salary**: From $59,100.00 per year
