  • Conducting thorough property inspections and liaising with industry professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Maintaining daily communication with valued clients, providing timely updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Managing day-to-day administration tasks efficiently, allowing you to focus on high-value activities that drive business growth.
  • Attending open-for-inspection events on Saturdays, showcasing your enthusiasm and commitment to finding the perfect properties for our clients.
  • Assisting the Lead Buyers Agent in various tasks and initiatives, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid QLD real estate license/certificate, essential for navigating the local market.
  • A reliable vehicle and QLD drivers' license, ensuring you can conduct property inspections with ease.
  • Proven experience as a negotiator, coupled with outstanding client feedback, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships.
  • A deep understanding of key fundamentals in positive cashflow, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide expert advice.
  • A proven track record of delivering 5-star experiences to clients, highlighting your commitment to excellence.
  • Auction bidding, assessment, and negotiation skills, honed through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
