A top-tier law firm in Australia seeks a skilled Property Solicitor or Associate to join their team in Brisbane. As a key member of the Property department, you will advise clients on commercial, industrial, and retail transactions, including sales, acquisitions, developments, and real estate investment trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting for Australian participants in the property sector, advising on various commercial transactions.
  • Drafting covenants, easements, by-laws, and strata management statements.
  • Preparing and negotiating complex contracts for sale, acquisition, development, and finance.
  • Assisting with retail tenancy and strata disputes.
