Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an exceptional Sales Representative as a Commercial & Industrial Energy Consultant. You will play a vital role in building new business portfolio relying on your passion for sales. The ability to close phone-based as well as face-to-face sales is a critical element of this role. It is the expectation you will engage with new customers, demonstrate where they can better manage and reduce their energy costs while matching company services to their needs.
About the Role:
Sales Representative through acquiring new clients using existing database and prospecting
Building a robust pipeline of opportunities from sales activities to ensure ongoing success
Management of leads, both existing and new
Opportunity of building and retaining a portfolio of clients
Facilitating sales proposals whilst recommending the best fit solutions to meet the customer’s needs
Key Responsibilities:
Following up on internal leads and opportunities within existing database
Creating new business through prospecting
Facilitating Energy Audit for customers
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Managing daily workflow through CRM
Produce financial reports detailing energy savings and the wider benefits available for clients
This role will suit applicants with the following skills and attributes:
Experience in a sales role, from face to face to phone-based sales
A driven salesperson with an inbuilt desire to succeed in a sales environment
Understanding of the energy industry is highly regarded but not essential
Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a conversational methodology
Being both tactical and analytical in your approach
Ability to easily navigate complex solutions while problem solving
Be a strong team player who is proactive and takes initiative, bringing your experience to share
The ability to work autonomously with a high level of self-discipline is essential

Attractive annual base salary + comms + fuel allowance
