**About you**
This position is perfect for a confident and capable administrator who is passionate about People & Development and eager to leverage their skills and experience for the team and the firm's benefit. We're looking for a proactive, positive, and service-oriented individual with significant administration experience and advanced proficiency in MS Office. A tertiary qualification in human resources or business would be highly advantageous.
You'll also be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving and commitment to continuous improvement

**Your role**
Working closely with all members of the People and Development team, your role as a People Administrator is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of P&D services and administration.
In this varied and busy role, your responsibilities will include:

- Administering the employee lifecycle ensuring data accuracy, timely completion of processes and quality service standards
- Preparing employment contracts and documentation relating to the employee life cycle
- Answering general HR enquiries and escalating where required
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS and employee records
- Preparing high quality reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Planning and coordinating HR events
- Running Induction Process
- providing administrative support to the Learning and Development Coordinator
- Assisting with HR projects, initiatives and functions
- General administrative duties and providing support to the team
