Technical Team Leader

We are seeking to appoint a full time, values based Technical Team Leader (Dayshift, 6:00am 2:00pm) to join our National Service Centre team, located at our head office in Notting Hill**.**

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, you will be accountable for the:

- Leadership and development of a team of repair technicians, supporting them in delivering superior quality repairs, while exceeding defined turnaround times;
- Ensuring that a continuous improvement mindset is fostered throughout the team;
- Developing a positive culture and mindset within workshop team ensuring ultimate engagement, productivity and job satisfaction for all;
- Contribution to the development of our customer focused, team mindset;
- Monitor technicians’ skillset and skillset shortages and plan training according to individual requirements; and
- Promote and support OHS, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
