Due to continuous growth, NRW Holdings has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **Learning & Development Advisor** to join our team, on a fulltime basis. Reporting to the L&D Lead, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Play an integral role in shaping the learning and development culture at NRW moving forward.
**To be considered for this position as a** **Learning & Development Advisor** **you must possess the following as a minimum**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Training and Development or Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- A sound understanding of training options and solutions in the marketplace
- Solid track record in working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused
- Working knowledge of psychometrics and techniques for assessment/development
- Previous experience working within the Civil and Mining Industry is desirable
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Previous experience in editing/creating/curating eLearning content is advantageous

**As a Learning & Development Advisor**, **you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Identify training needs, develop fit for purpose solutions, and implement L&D interventions to support the overall strategy of the Group
- Working with and influencing key stakeholders through collaboration to understand their requirements, design and deliver outcomes
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships across all levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ongoing management and maintenance of skills matrices, gap analysis, training programs, content, and materials
- Providing reporting, insights and data driven assessment to measure the impact of L&D activities on capability growth
- Identifying and co-ordinating grant funding opportunities and government training incentives
- Assisting in the implementation and delivery of the annual performance development review process and succession planning initiatives
- Providing ADHOC coaching and facilitating where required to supervisory and managerial positions
