Due to growth in the Capability Lifecycle Manager (CLCM) program an exciting opportunity is now available for Asset Maintenance Planning System (AMPS) Administrator based at Henderson WA.

The AMPS Administrator is accountable to the Operational Support Project Manager for development and proactive management of maintenance requirements across the vessel's lifecycle – underpinning the availability of the vessels to Navy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance data within the maintenance planning tool (AMPS). Deliver technical support to users and staff (either in-person or remotely). Investigate and ensure support systems operate smoothly. Diagnose and resolve software, networking, and system issues when they arise. Raise new tasks or modifying existing tasks in the maintenance planning environment to support new or emergent requirements.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent level of experience Minimum of six years prior relevant experience Working knowledge and experience of maintenance management and planning system tools and processes. Relevant experience in maintenance planning in a defence or other highly regulated environment. An ability to gather, manipulate and analyse data to support data-based decision making for internal and external reporting. Ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder management. Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and/or external stakeholders in a way which generates business benefit whilst maintaining key relationships.

Highly Desirable:

Technical knowledge of relevant platform systems An understanding of configuration management and asset management principles Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent level of experience
